Manitoba Lucky STARS 50/50 draws will be conducted under the supervision of Stride Management Corp. and will take place at 155 West Hangar Rd, Winnipeg, MB R3J 3Z1. Any person wishing to view the draw has the right to do so by attending at the above location on the draw date.

Manitoba Lucky STARS 50/50 draws will be conducted using an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The winning raffle draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold raffle ticket numbers. 

Only tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. on December 12, 2024 will be eligible for the Manitoba Lucky STARS 50/50 Early Bird Draw. The winning Early Bird Draw ticket is also eligible for the Final Draw.

Only tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2024 will be eligible for the Manitoba Lucky STARS 50/50 Final Draw. 

The following individuals are not eligible to purchase tickets in the lottery: Board members and executive management staff of STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service), employees of Stride Management Corp., and members of their immediate family (a spouse, parent, son, daughter, sister, brother, or the spouse of any of the individuals).

The age limit for ticket purchasers is 18 years and over. Purchases must be made in the province of Manitoba. 

The Early Bird Draw prize of the Manitoba Lucky STARS 50/50 is a Honolulu Escape for two (2) with airfare from Winnipeg and six (6) nights deluxe hotel accommodation valued at $6,800 OR the cash alternative of $6,500. The winner will have seven (7) days from the date of the draw to confirm their choice of Early Bird prize. In the event the winner has not decided, the cash alternative will be awarded. The travel package is guaranteed for two (2) years from the draw date. 

The Final Draw prize of Manitoba Lucky STARS 50/50 will be 50% of the total ticket sales.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded - no substitutes. The winner has 30 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be located after a period of 30 days from the draw date, the prize will be retained by the STARS Foundation. 

The winners will be notified on the day of the draw by telephone by a STARS representative. The name of Manitoba Lucky STARS 50/50 winners will be posted on the STARS lottery website at starslottery.ca within five (5) business days following the draw. 

You will never be asked to send money to claim a prize. If you are asked to send a cheque, money order, or payment of any kind to claim your lottery prize, it is a scam. Hang up the phone or delete the email.

In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name, STARS will award the prize to the first name listed on the stub. STARS is not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise from the different individuals.

Files are continuously backed up by Stride Management Corp. In the unexpected event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and will take place immediately once power has been restored. 

Manitoba Lucky STARS 50/50 will only sell 910,500 tickets, in package sets of 2 for $10, 10 for $25, 50 for $50, and 250 for $100.

If any ticket purchased has been entered in the draw, no refund will be issued after the draw has taken place.

Only tickets that have been paid for, and verified as paid for, are eligible for the respective draw(s). STARS is not responsible for any mail-in order forms that are not received at the ticket processing centre by the order deadline.
