The personal information collected by STARS LOTTERY will be used to process ticket orders, notify winners, send out lottery information, and contact you about future STARS events and programs. The Early Bird draw and Lucky STARS 50/50 draw will be under the supervision of Stride Management Corp. and will take place at the STARS base: 155 West Hangar Rd., Winnipeg, MB. Any person wishing to view the draws has the right do so by attending at the above location on the draw date(s).

The Early Bird prize is a Historic Halifax Prize for two (2) with airfare from Winnipeg and five (5) nights deluxe hotel accommodation valued at $7,000 OR the cash alternative of $6,500. The winner will have seven (7) days from the date of the draw to confirm their choice of Early Bird prize. In the event the winner has not decided, the cash alternative will be awarded. The travel package is guaranteed for two (2) years from the draw date.

The cash value of the Lucky STARS 50/50 prize is 50% of total ticket sales, to a maximum payout of $300,000.

No, you are not required to pay for shipping or any other fee to claim a prize. If you do receive a call and are asked for payment, please do the following:

• Hang up and document as much information as possible regarding the call.
• Call the Government of Canada Anti-Fraud Centre at

1-888-495-8501 to report the fraud attempt.

The Early Bird winner and Lucky STARS 50/50 winner will be posted on the STARS LOTTERY website (starslottery.ca) within five days after each applicable draw.

A STARS representative will attempt to contact both prize winners (Early Bird and Lucky STARS 50/50) by phone. If a winner cannot be notified after a period of 30 days from the draw date, the prize will be retained by the STARS Foundation.

Ticket purchasers are eligible for both prizes, provided their purchase was completed before the applicable draw deadline.

The lottery draws will be conducted using an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The winning raffle draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold lottery ticket numbers.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutes, unless otherwise stated. All winners have 30 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize(s), with the following exceptions/restrictions:

• The vacation package is valid for two years from the draw date. In the event that the winner of the travel prizes does not wish to travel to the destination they won, they will have the option to take cash as advertised.
